I’m in grad school. There’s an immense amount of reading, never sure what’s going to be necessary or when “optional” reading will be made available, so I usually read everything listed in the syllabus as soon as I get access to it. Usually ~1 week before classes. It helps that I’m actually interested in what I’m studying and don’t treat it like a chore.
