Is it possible that tomorrow there will be a Covid variant that has a 100% kill rate(for all ages) with very high transmissability? Or is something like that scientifically impossible?

It it is possible, what are we doing to make sure it doesn't happen?

I already got the Pfizer shots a few months ago, but that doesn't matter because many people in 3rd world countries, or even in our country, won't get vaccinated. 100% vaccination seems pretty farfetched.

It’s a possibility but then it would hamper its own spread being that deadly. Vectors would die before being able to spread the disease too far. That’s why the current strain is so successful. Very high transmission, not terribly severe morbidity/mortality except for the unlucky.

Naturally? Extremely unlikely.
However, it's within the realm of possibility that a bioweapon could be made that targets the unvaccinated and spares the vaccinated (Israeli citizens, most lefties, etc.). They'd have to cut off the vaccine supply somehow, though.

That is what ended the Spanish Flu. The first year it was a nuisance, the second year it was a killer.

With one important caveat: asymptomatic infections. Like AIDS in the early days you could have something that killed with certainty yet could spread, since the incubation time was long enough.
