to do what you describe really you need to find a way to manipulate electron shells at all, and to figure out what actually happens when 180 degree out of phase matter does. this is your biggest hurdle
And then if it actually lets atoms pass through each other, you have to make a machine that can somehow manipulate the phases in two separate systems of atoms (objects), and manipulate them in just the right way so that phases get inverted at *exactly* the right time. even though trying to control the electric field of trillions if separate objects sounds hard, I think that'd be the easier part compared to actually controlling the phase of every superposition
