Sources that find women = men on average are conducted with a sample size of 11 year olds, where girls are already 1 year into puberty, and men haven't, or have just started puberty. Analogously, girls at this age are taller than boys, but to say women are taller then men becuase if this fact is equally retarded as saying women are just as smart as men.
