Denominator factors easily over complex numbers. Group complex factors by conjugate pairs. Do partial fractions. Slightly tedious but straightforward.

Because it benefits your personal time both directly for applied mathematics subjects and indirectly for pure mathematics subjects, correct? What else would it be for and why would my ego or anyone else's get in the way of the value of mathematics to the individual and the collective?
