I heard that if you have recently been infected with an adenovirus before receiving a AstraZeneca or JnJ shot that your immune system neutralizes it before it is able to delivery its instructions.

It seems getting infected with an adenovirus and then getting one of those vaccines would be the best course of action because you wouldn’t be getting the globalhomo poison but you still have a perfectly legal vaccine card.

Do adenovirus thrive in certain locations like how some bacteria do? Is there a way i purposeful find and infect myself with said viruses?
