unfortunately due to the way the traditional vaccines works it needs an adjuvant, in this case it's an aluminum. aluminum is used in vaccines for a 100 years, but it's not good for you, it's just that benefits of the vaccine outperform the risks of adjuvant.
the problem with traditional vaccines is that they don't stimulate the cell immunity but almost entirely the antibody (humoral) immunity. so if you take a traditional vaccine you'd have a smaller level of protection and most likely would need to take additional doses (more than 2) to stay protected, which in turn makes problem with aluminum bigger.
There are also viral vector vaccines like russian sputnik/j&j/astra zeneca, which agitate cell immunity, but transfer dna into cells.
so there's no clear cut answer, no vaccine is ideal, i'd say if somebody was infected with Alpha strain than one dose of Sinopharm is ideal, mild and safe. Otherwise if a person never had a covid, I'd probably gamble with mrna or viral vector for first 2 shots then revaccinate with traditional (it's possible that 2nd shot could be traditional but you'd probably have problem doing that regarding covid passes in most countries)
