If the lambda variant or future variants prove resistant to the vaccinations does that mean it’s going to be more virulent for the unvaccinated?

I might just bite the bullet and take one shot of an mRNA shot. I am not happy about being raped over a virus where I have 99.994% survivability but I’m really not willing to be treated as a tinfoil hat leper over this.

A few years ago I was hospitalized over night with perocarditis and myocarditis. I am not looking forward to having a 1 in 6000 chance of that happening. Is there a prophylactic I can take to minimize my chances of that and of “vaccine induced blood clots”
