There's a problem. It uses the safer spike protein that Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J use and that AstraZeneca doesn't use, but the non-mRNA vaccines J&J and AstraZeneca have identical adverse events (TTS, GBS), and the mRNA vaccines Pfizer and Moderna have identical adverse events (myocarditis/pericarditis, ITP). Although the risk of death for each category of vaccine is extremely low, you're more likely to die from a non-mRNA vaccine based on what's known, underline emphasis, __so far__. Novavax is closer to J&J and AstraZeneca technologically speaking, and I can't think of a reason that it would have a different adverse-event profile.
