You want to equate vaccine makers to these grifters, but unlike grifters, vaccine makers must show proper proof and evidence the product is achiving helpful goals. The Chinese made garbage vaccines, and as it becomes obvious they lose any credibility. It is in their short and long term interest to get the best, provsn product or face similar consequences. Not to mention they are under the constant spotlight of scientists and regulation agencies.
So if the question is, should some charlatan be given the same credibility as literarly everyone else regarding vaccine usage, origins, effectivness, specially when said charlatan is a known fraud, the answer is a resounding no. Only reason to contradict this is to run a chip on people's shoulders and play stupid culture war posturing.
