Noteworthy, but does not stop a black, american-descent nor eastern Asian from doing well in academia as we can see in real life.
There is also the fact that the study is compared to the rest of races in general. So it brings about question on why Koreans and the Japanese perform overall better academically compared to Europeans if they don't have the genetic advantage.
There is also the fact that south Asians share SNP's from Europeans, yet their nations have yet to become 1st world countries.
As for race-mixing, since having genes that promote better cognition is evolutionarily advantageous, it would be good in long term if other races procreate with Europeans and south Asians. However this does not offer solutions to the culture/economic/religious barrier that can boost or discourage intelligence.
