literally use your body, start by going on walks and working your way up to jogging

once you have a reasonable cardio its time to start really using your arms, then chest, and then abs. You can do any workout at any time but whats most important is getting the order of intensity correct. Like cardio first is assuming you really have little time spent running and using your body. It really all depends on where you are in terms of having developed certain muscles.
