Fuck if I know, but I guess have the fan blowing cold air into the hot room, but have it facing a bit toward the floor so the cold air pushes the hot air upwards and over the fan into the cold room and maybe that'll distribute the temperature evenly between the two rooms. This is all pure speculation though since I'm an idiot and won't be assed to do any maths or experimentation
