Like I get that NASA occasionally does dumb shit that makes people shake their heads or blow raspberry in vexation. But this is not an agency you take to fucking court. Outside of the fact that they're crewed by the smartest people on the fucking planet (often hamstrung by congressional faggotry), its such a massive PR fuckup to take this agency to court.
