The error bars are so wide due to low sample size that there is almost no treatment that would show conclusive effectiveness.
This also wasn't a prophylaxis or early treatment (pre-symptomatic) study because it was only tested on confirmed covid cases (likely showed symptoms then got tested then got results of test then enrolled in study then recieved drugs). These patients were so far along in the disease progression that they were likely out of the viral replication phase and well into the symptomatic immune response phase.
Even being so late, Ivermectin still showed the 9% and 18% reductions.
