It's a linear function. Write it in the form of $y - y_0 = a(x - x_0)$ and draw the line.crossing $(0, y_0)$ and $(x_0, 0)$

(x)_+ = x if x>0 and 0 otherwise

In a lot of graphing software you can write max(0, x) instead of x_+.

Just by looking at its form you can see that its deritvative is always decreasing, hence it's concave.

I think that x is defined over the whole domain, not just [0; 2]. Then, you would have to add all of these functions.

It's derivative is 1 for x<=2, 0.9 for 2<x<=3, 0.8 for 3<x<=5, and 0.7 for x>5.
I believe that the fact that it's decreasing is sufficient to prove it is a concave function.
