>>13504614Well, it's a cleptocracy. The men at the top rule by drug traffic and bribery. As has been the case for their entire history, the ultimate victim is the people of Russia. I don't think any other people on the planet could do it - be a productive, fit, largely Christian nation under such horrible circumstances - but it is a beautiful country not because of its government, but because its people out of spite refuse to let it sour.
