Like if you'd prepare an entire Hill in a rain intensive region/season, would it be viable to collect the rainwater from that hill and power a turbine? Just asking because if Global warming really causes extreme climate conditions, including intense rainfall, it could be a way how to generate electricity out of the extreme weather conditions
