Essentially they reverse your hormones. They reduce the hormones that you have a lot of and increase the ones that you have less of. Basically you become a tranny both ways.

Taken before the age of 16 AAS, especially anything that is DHT, reduces to DHT, or acts as DHT will definitely make your penis grow. It's just that women's "penis" or clitoris is essentially in a prepubertal state. The equalivant would be if you cut off the balls of a pre pubescent male, he can play catch up even when he's 20 and begin to grow his penis by replacing his hormones that he should of had if he did not lose his balls.
