Men experience no immediately obvious physical change but the longer one goes without sex once reaching sexual maturity the more mentally unstable they become. Sex drive in men and the act of having sex leads to positive brain chemistry. If this stops for long enough the brain will return to how it was as a virgin and too long in between you could even become "more" virginesque than ever, if you say lost your virginity at 14 as a man, had sex a handful of times, then never had sex again from 15-30 it would absolutely be like being a virgin.
