>>13493079That is only possible if you are centi millionaire or billionaire, a lot of money and resources are required to build and run a research facility with modern precision equipments, computers etc, you might even need some assistant technical employees.I am pretty sure you can't do this without some sort of licencing from government.
However all of this also depends on what you want to research.
