Aren't there any effects on cognition at all? I seem to recall reading a paper on estrogen affecting memory but I can't find it anymore.

In theory he should has he still has the extra 20% neurons, brain folding, connectivity etc etc as his male counter parts

There is evidence tho testosterone allows for sharpened critical thinking and increased cognition
