Why shouldn't we let Covid kill the weak? Wouldn't this create a stronger species? Did the black death create a superior European species enabling them to conquer the entire planet?

what we have now is a scientific dictatorship, if such a thing exists, in which claims which are largely rolling in their factuality are being thrown down as truth, diminishing any chance of a fair and careful analysis of what the fuck is really going on

Honestly it looks like this virus is stuck with us forever had we closed off trade with China back in the end of 2019 we wouldnt be dealing with this garbage, but the psychopaths who run our nations care more about muh economy than preventing this disaster we have right now.

I wonder where they plan on using their money? Surely it cannot just be blindless greed, for instance is society collapses there will be no place for them to go? I suppose if China turns out alright at the end they would be able to live there, but has that been the plan from the start?

They don't care about money, the value of money ultimately derives from their resources not the other way around. They care about acquiring more of stuff that can't be printed like land and influence.

This is a moral quandy that I think about often and honestly I cannot make up my mind so I try not to think about it. Also goes along with allowing wholly and totally mentally handicapped children to be born.

I do also think we should try to fight the great filters, but im not sure if reacting to a small filter like its a great one is the right choice for the circumstance.

I do not believe technology, specifically AI is sophisticated enough for all aspects of life to be automated, so I do not see how a plan to effectively get rich quick at the cost of society can work, especially given the consequences of such actions

You're a fool if you think societal collapse will affect them. Look at Rome, after the fall of empire much of the old bureaucracy that governed the old provinces simply became feudal lords under the new germanic kings. They have their places with or without us. What they want is simply power and control and their own stability. Most I believe are legitamate satanists or at the very least along those lines: that they worship the human experience over the metaphysical or supernatural by seeking only to please their desires. But even discounting this albeit kind of kooky hunch, you can still rationalize a lot of what is going on as an expansion of power for the sake of self and regime preservation and propagation.
