I was hospitalized for a short period of time for an unknown flu like illness when I was only a few months old. Could this have had lasting effects on my personality?

maybe, I have a theory that people with eczema, hayfever, basically anything that causes irritation, itchyness, etc turn out to be cantankerous assholes

that's my point retard. Regarding the OP, I've actually brought up something similar with GF's nephew who has bad allergies and gets excluded from lots of things like birthday cake, etc which is traumatic for a 3yo kid. I honestly think it's turning him into a little asshole as well, basically he's getting taught super early how shit life is, ahead of the curb by like 12 years.

I used to wet my sheets up until i was 13/14 years old. could it be because of some mental reasons? My parents (esp my dad) would resort to beating me / getting extremely angry when i wouldn't do my homeworks and stuff. Idk what it is but i feel like i am always afraid around my father, like i cant even look him in the eyes let alone disagree with him on anything even though i'm well into my 20s. some canadian team put babies in those magnet resonance tubes to check their brain and found permanent brain trauma for circumcision. So its possible at least. Open question is threshold to cause permanent trauma. Getting your dick cut is pretty high up
