Postdoc here. As I'm at a state school and is a state employee, I am subject to the state's order that all employees be forcibly vaccinated with experimental coronavirus vaccines or be fired.
As you know, until we get tenure or tenure track at least we're all in precarious employment situations. What can I do if I don't want to submit to the state?
In case you're wondering, my speciality is casual inference, and in my case the "bads" of the vaccine easily outweighs any "good" the government claims. And no way in hell am I going to have an experimental medical procedure for someone else's benefit.
