A virus floats around, the infected cells get killed, and antibodies attack viruses.
The vaccine, about .75 of it, seeps into the capillaries. If the capillaries start growing spikes this will cause micro clotting, and the damage might not heal. This is bad in many ways.
Also other vaccines aren't so narrowly targeted. With such a narrow focus, there is a much higher chance it will create escape variants.
