You're going to recognize a lot of shit, and once your brain becomes used to practicing and learning math, it will be very easy to pick about 90% of stuff up if you genuinely apply yourself.
It's worth mentioning there's a big difference between actually learning the math and just automating certain problem solving processes for a short time (brain dumping) and not really locking them into long term memory. That being said, you need to be consistent, and do a decent amount of review on a regular basis.
If you are consistent, actually put in effort, etc., you can probably do it in about 4-5 months, especially if you did well in those subjects in high school.
