On face value, its hard to believe, because there have been tons of IQ tests, but secondly, why doubt _only_ asian and jewish sampling?

> Israels average IQ is 94The image claims Ashkenazi IQ is 115, and arabic IQ is 90. But when I do a naive google search on these numbers its Ashkenazi IQ is around 110, and arabic IQ is 85. Those IQs actually come out pretty close to 94.

I do remember from reading about jewish history, that the jews immigrating to the US in that era were pretty poor and there was even opposition from US jews to letting poor European jews into the US for that reason. Jewish immigrants into the US at that time are perhaps not a representative sample of jews overall. Maybe that explains it?
