At this point, I have little to no sympathy to those who reject the vaccine. If they don't want to take it, then so be it, let them deal with the consequences of their actions.
My own mother is one such person, and this past year or so has been hell, with her having constant manic/psychotic episodes involving multiple conspiracy theories (she was never like this), and no matter how much I try and talk with her about it, she never sees reason. I just hope if she gets COVID, she only gets a mild strain, but one that allows her to see the real threat.
All those nut-job's ideas seem so convoluted and inconsistent that I have trouble even understanding why they think the way they do.
Everyone I know who have received a vaccine have been perfectly fine (including myself) and have had barely any issues outside of feeling slightly unwell at first.
