Brown girls 2D look the same as white girls IRL (assuming same style/artist).
There exist good looking brown girls but they are super rare and almost always mixed (i.e. lightskins).
Your pic related has the benefit of having a perfect female phisique, unattainable by most of the female population.
Finally, woman IRL tend to have very ugly faces due to poor lifestyle choices, subpar genetics, excessive use of makeup, and overdoing filters to the point of uncanny valley. In the 2D world, drawing an ugly girl is harder because many of the details are abstracted away and intentionally ugly faces mimic their real life counterpart.
As for furries, it's because "human body with animal parts" >>> "human wearing animal suit".
