Say I want to use hormesis in order to become the most pathogen resistant human alive. How would I go about it? I know hospitals are good battlegrounds to test your power levels due to how much disease is there, but I can't live in a hospital easily without some medical profession.

The end goal is to be able to survive the impeding extinction of humanity due to antibiotic resistance bacteria. I have been able to avoid vaccines since birth so I guess that's a plus for me.
