If you start doing manial labor or working out with heavy weights such as squats, you'll promote testosterone production. Im not sure about tons of cardio, which is the common thing today for exercise amongst white collar guys having these issues.
Exogenous testosterone such as TRT however, will make you sterile. More guys than you think are on TRT, tren, dbol, etc, because they're either lazy or have body dismorphia.

Do resistance weight training, eat healthy, don't so drugs, and don't worry about losers getting filtered put during the modern selection event. In 100 years I don't think there will be any obese or lazy people, as those traits and predispositions will have failed to breed.

Today's society is not one we are adapted to. Id say modern man HAS to workout, just like astronauts in space, another environment we aren't suited for.
