Biocybernetics are not there yet, human organs are very efficient at removing impurities from blood and other essential functions, which are not yet replicated in machines. An artifical heart has a very short time it works compared to a human heart.
This can of course be solved but we are quite a bit from that. Portable power is the next limitation after that, batteries are not very power dense.

An article I read earlier talked about how the biomechanical market is saturated and the medical industry is not really interest in this technology. They see medication and physiotherapy as the more reliable fields to focus on which makes sense as they work.

You'd be completely numb because we haven't really figured out a good way to simulate touch yet. Also organs like testicles can't really be replaced yet, so you'd need regular hormone injections in addition to constantly changing and recharging batteries along with sleeping, eating and shitting.
