This is the first math book on the /sci/ wiki, and I finished 1/3 of it and it's a shit book. It just helps refresh your memory, it expects you to already know pre algebra and other autism, barely gives you any definitions. What's an actual good book for a beginner? I read Quick Arithmetic by Carman, finished it but I am started to get loss at the area/perimeter/circumference section of this new book, this was not taught in quick arithmetic, all I was taught from that book was the 4 arithmetic operations, and how to use them on fractions, whole numbers, decimals and percent's.
