What if the 11 dimensions of the superstring theory are actually not just present in the quantum field, but they make part of a larger universe we cannot observe due to we experiencing only the 3 spatial dimensions, as the "walls" of a box's interiors.
And then, in this "outer space" the things that create the structure of the universe are working. This could explain:
Particle spin - In a physical approach, as the other axis in the extra superspatial dimensions make the energy direction of the particle having to manifest multiple times before the original state becomes detectable again
quantum tunnelling - The particle isn't ignoring the barrier, it's just "taking a shortcut" by moving through one of the extra dimensiond
quantum entanglement -
particles-antiparticles could be separated in the 3 dimensional world but still being connected through the extra axis making them "instantly" reverse the spin (as info doesn't travel faster than light)
singularities - The superspace could resemble a spiral. When the gravity becomes too dense it becomes a spiral that stretches out of the original point making 3d matter and time behave weirdly next to them.
Also, maybe that could unify Einstein's gravity as a multi dimensional constant in string theory, like in the singularity example, the infinity is just an illusion and gravity is like a "hole" attracting things to the superspace, the more gravity the more this "vacum" between dimension sheets broaden.
