ALL vaccines are leaky to some degree because no vaccine is 100% effective in 100% of people. It's really a question of how leaky they are. But to answer your question specifically, it appears all available SARS-CoV-2 vaccines (including mRNA, viral vector, and inactivated) are losing efficacy against the delta variant. They still offer some protection against infection, and thus spread as well, but they're more about preventing severe illness at this point.
