I thought it to my self it so many times, usually after my fails.But next day im back to my state, literally my mind is blank. I do not think or have idea whats happening around me.MMaybe i have to write it on my hand and read it every second to induce thoggt proces.I m in A hero mood now.

but after seeing many therapists and psychs, turns out I have bipolar. I take lamotrigine and buspirone and it feels like Im a whole new person.

I still say or do retarded things, but it's not super autismo anymore. It helped clear my head and able to think before acting.

One more thing: what is your living situation like? I was heavily depressed and was trapped in an abusive house and just 3 years ago I was able to escape and since then my memory and thinking has improved greatly.

I honestly think some people are dumb simply because they never got used to using the logical part of their brain, and now that they're old, they're too lazy to put in the effort to regrow all those connections.

I definitely agree with this. People who do not keep sharpening their mind end up in cyclical reasoning and ruts. They cannot think critically because there is no need to because they haven't in so long. It doesn't matter what it is, just do SOMETHING to start.
