OP is saying, XX and XY are two very distinct things 99% of the time physically speaking.
If you have a vagina then you are most definitely XX and if you have a penis then you are most definitely XY.
You can predict that before even taking a DNA test just by looking under your pants.
XXY or XX male is like saying, what happens when lightning strikes twice in the same spot?
Or what about people who win the lottery? Doesn't that mean the lottery is easy to win since somebody wins it every time?
XX and XY are the normal variables that determine your sexual organs.
