UAP's prior to 2018 - Probably NOT US military craft.

If the US Military (Specifically SOCOM) had UAP level craft at their disposal, prior to 2018, why the hell were they looking for someone to design it for them?

>Undetectable by Optical, Infrared, RF, Acoustic, Magnetic Sensors, Human or Animals
>Able to cross from ocean to beachfront through vegetation to the target area undetected
>Able to leave undetected

SOCOM wanted something that could fly out of international waters, go over land, and complete missions that was silent, 100% stealth optically, thermally, electromagnetically, and create no sound that could trigger acoustic sensors

So uh... What the fuck was SOCOM looking for someone to design them? If not a god damn UFO/UAP?

Can anyone on /sci/ help SOCOM meet those requirements? Hell fucking no.
Show me a human that can design ANYTHING that can meet those requirements.
