Yes, but not all fast talkers and people with social anxiety have Autism/Apergers. But all people with asperges/austism have social anxiety and are fast talkers. I don't know how true this is.

Did a quick search, cannot find anything that confirms this. To the contrary Asperger's seems to involve lack of cortisol spike in the morning.
