I suppose if you're only rounding to 5s and 10s, sure, but I don't think that's what they're doing. I'll see it for all sorts of numbers 1.48? That's 1.4.
How can they not see just that one little thing there? I don't... I mean sure, it technically involves some calculation I GUESS but its like adding one and one. Do people really just not learn this or something? Like I don't get it. I just KEEP seeing them hack off the last digit.
