Masters acceptance

So I've been admitted to a masters program in applied mathematics in a German Hochschule.
The program honestly aligns with my interests so much it's almost weird.
Should I go for it? If I go for it, or will I
It kill my chances of doing a PHD afterwards?
I aim to do a PhD in either one of the big German TUs (München, Aachen, Erlangen, Berlin, etc) or in Sweden in either chalmers, Uppsala or KTH.
And well, my delusional pipe dream is doing my PhD in ETH.
For some context, I've applied to 6 masters programs, the first to respond rejected me and this one accepted me. All the other applications are for technical unis in either electrical engineering or applied mathematics.
