Except for the 20% of 1 in 10000(20 in 1 million) ending up in the ICU which has more risks involved than any of the other listed conditions, all of the listed conditions are fully mitigated following hospitalization.
A one in ten thousand risk of serious side effects is nothing when you consider the amount of seriously sick, and that risk could be reduced by half or if recommendations to halt exercise for a week following the vaccine were implemented like they did in Singapore.
