Centipedes are badass. This is now a badass insect thread. What is your favourite kind of wasp, anons? I like the Polistes sulcifer because it invades other colonies, kills the dominant female and then it morphs its own pheromones to trick the rest of the nest into thinking she's the leader and protecting her eggs. In some cases the effect is so strong that the invaded wasps keep taking care of the invading offspring even after they have moved on to another colony.
