They may
-face smaller fish in the corporate sector meaning less corruption for example
-face less media pressure and less social bullshit
-they will be thinner staffed and become more manoeuvrable and reflexive
One has to come up with a punishment/solution that does attack these problems, instead of just shrinking them along with the entire operation, keeping the playing field largely unchanged.
These are the real main problems and just changing the scale will only do just that. And this applies to every sector really.
I'd rather look at sectors which are running better and see what they are doing differently, how they handle bullcrap and so on and at what cost ofc.
