No. In fact, many people believe that processing speed shouldn't be considered a component of intelligence (hence the proliferation of untimed IQ tests), and those who do consider it a component of intelligence sharply contrast it with fluid/raw intelligence.

but the brain structure (on a macro scale at least) is the same. maybe brain A has slightly more blood flow or is a slightly more folded brain than brain B. but the point is its the same structure. so how come intelligence isnt linear?
