Given that the flys fly close to the top and that they propel them self due to a vacuum vortex. Which means that the actual air pressure lifts them. That can implicate that the scale wont show 1,5, but something below that.

Assuming the flies are vertically stationary they're pushing down on the air with a force equal to their weight. Since the container is sealed the force is pushing downward on the jar.

tl;dr it's the same as if the flies were sitting on the bottom of the jar
