She has a larger womb that can fit more babies and larger birth canal that can pass them more easily. Larger females have greater fecundity, they can spread their breed exponentially faster. Small women can't do this. Smaller woman can't carry 5 babies at a time. A 6'5"+ 280+ pound woman with giant hips and a huge womb can.
The males are not just small. The bones are denser, they are supremely athletic with very fast reaction speeds, jump heights, etc. They cost substantially fewer resources while having a major advantage in modern warfare and labor. They're literally cheaper to make and maintain while being better at working, fighting, taking land, building and piloting machines/drones, engaging in firefights, etc. They are more than capable of lifting more than enough weight necessary in the modern world and can do all of this while weighing like ~65 pounds and needing less than 1500 calories a day. Large males can't do this. spending more resources and calories on them, you'd just wind up with a smaller population of males that are less effective in modern warfare and labor. It's inefficient and a waste, that energy is better spent given to the woman to make more babies and increase your population.
So altogether the giant women and small men have an exponentially greater rate of growth, they sustain themselves for fewer resources per an equivalent population size, and they have major advantage in modern forms of labor and warfare. Modern industrialized technology has rendered small women and large men less efficient and inferior in comparison.
Almost all of the traits I just mentioned can already be genetically modified into humans. We're almost there.
