Not him. Maybe the other two studies you list are better, but I read large portions of the paper for this one and felt that I was reading a study conducted along Rube-Goldberg-machine lines, with obfuscatory wording when it came to separating the "previously known neurological condition" cases and when discussing vaccines as potential confounders.

That said, this isn't too important. My current belief is that the vaccines (at least the ones with the 2P spike protein) pose no threat to the brain.
