Though the pick up after your dog local laws (e.g. in Rotterdan, the Netherlands; fail to do so and you can get a fine AND a hefty cleanup bill) kinda changes things - have fun picking up the warm dogshit and carry it to a bin ... there aren't all that many of those around.
